Received a call at 11.00 this morning, but they didn’t bother to leave a message. I called back, using 141 to keep my number private, and discovered that it’s linked to a firm named 'Lowells'. They described themselves as a company that handles a variety of personal and commercial matters. Sounds a bit dodgy to me, especially since they kicked off the conversation by requesting a reference number.
