Got a call from a bloke called Ricky who sounded Asian and claimed he was from BT Openreach. He kept saying there was a serious problem with my router and kept asking if it was a business line. He was telling me I needed to rush to my router right away and do exactly what he said. When I questioned him about it, he just hung up. Totally pushy and rude, definitely not BT.
