On the 27th of November 2024, someone claiming to work at Asda called me from this number to say my grocery delivery was cancelled. True enough, no one showed up to deliver. They still took payment for the shopping though, and as of today (29/11/24), I haven't been able to get my money back. Not sure if it's a dodgy scam or just really poor handling by Asda themselves. I’ll post an update once I get more info.

When I picked up the phone, there was just silence on the other end. I ended the call, but it rang again straight away. Same thing happened again - no voice, so I hung up once more. This back and forth went on three times! The final time, I just let it ring out and didn’t even bother answering.

I picked up and said hello, then I heard a human voice say hello back before they just ended the call. Total silence after that.
