Got a call from "Home Efficiency Service" trying to push an upgrade on our loft insulation. They mentioned some database that supposedly showed our insulation's out of date, but I don't think that database even exists. The person was polite enough, but it was definitely one of those marketing calls. Bit annoying since we're signed up with TPS, so shouldn’t have been getting this at all.
