Got a call from someone saying they were from Openreach/BT, saying they needed to get into my laptop to fix internet issues. Total scam, it was pretty clear. I hung up straight away but then the same number called me again. The second phone number was 0113 2853404.

I don’t even use BT but got a call about some internet scam or something linked to them. Definitely not my line!
