They seem to ring me at all sorts of odd hours, completely ignoring the regulations set out in LAW Nº 15.426, dated 22ND MAY 2014. This law carries hefty fines ranging from R$ 400,000 up to a staggering 7 million reais! It's outrageous how they flout the rules.
