A wrong email ended up being sent to Watson PM, but rather than deleting it like they should have under the UK GDPR 2018 and DUA 2025 rules, I've been told to pass it along instead. That’s definitely not the proper approach. They should've informed me and removed it straight away to avoid having incorrect details floating around in the email chain. Seems like the staff haven’t a clue about how to handle these situations properly.
