Had two calls today from someone claiming to be from 'BT'. They said my internet would be cut off for a few days and needed to sort out a virus on my devices by letting them in remotely. They did know my name, but the address and postcode they mentioned was all wrong. Needless to say, I didn’t let them get access.

Got this automated message claiming to be from my internet company, saying someone’s been using my connection for some sort of illegal stuff - can’t quite recall exactly - and threatened to cut off my internet and phone in a day. It told me to hold the line, but I just put the phone down!
