keep getting calls from this number but no one ever says anything. keeps ringing over and over.

My phone rang this morning from this number. The line was awful and I could barely hear the woman on the other end, she sounded pretty tired and had an asian accent. I reckon it was one of those insurance prospect calls but couldn’t really make it out clearly enough to be sure. Just a pointless interruption really!
