Extremely cordial chap! Chris mentioned he was aware that I was the homeowner, claiming affiliation with the local energy efficiency crew. Funny thing is, I reside in Oxford, not Leeds! When I probed into how he figured out I owned the property, he replied that it was due to some eco upgrades I supposedly made. I assured him I hadn’t undertaken any such projects and, with all due respect, expressed my disinterest in continuing the conversation, as it felt rather dubious. I seem to receive an endless stream of those pesky 0113 nuisance calls!
