I had a rather enlightening conversation with Ms Lofthouse the other day. Does anyone happen to know what her first name is? It baffles me how individuals like her are granted licenses to operate; it explains a lot about the chaos we've seen in the financial services sector! By the way, does anyone recall when we let Egg toy around with our personal data? It's quite alarming what’s become of the data protection regulations. Were they ever intended to safeguard the likes of individuals such as Ms Lofthouse, or was that just a façade?

These folks come across as quite hostile, so we’ve chosen to steer clear of any engagement. Ignoring their calls entirely!

I received a call from an automated voice that mentioned my full name and instructed me to contact CDUK using a reference number they provided. They also gave me a phone number to ring, but I didn’t have a pen and paper handy at the time. When I attempted to return the call to the number they used to reach me, it was perpetually engaged. Quite frustrating, really!

I was left hanging on the line for a good five minutes without a peep from the other end. I even tried putting the receiver down and picking it back up, but it was no use-still silent. This isn’t the first instance of this sort of bother. It would be appreciated if the caller could either engage in conversation or perhaps refrain from calling altogether.

Received a text instructing me to ring this number and provide a reference number. However, it seems to be constantly engaged whenever I attempt to reach out.

We received a call from these folks, and they left a message asking us to return their call. Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered to ring them back. We jumped on the computer to find out what sort of company it was that was trying to get in touch with us. No way am I calling them back! Thank goodness for the internet, eh? 😂
