Totally a scam! They never say who they are but leave a voicemail about some 'card' (I guess like a credit or debit card) and mention an international transfer you supposedly made. Then they tell you to press 1 or 2 on your phone. It's definitely one of those dodgy financial scams. The number starts with 0113, which is Leeds, UK, but there's no way it's legit.
