I was told by the staff that I’d been de-registered, but that’s simply not true and it’s really affected me, especially when it comes to sorting out a smear test. Emma kept asking me to say my birthdate and name over and over, like four times at least. I’ve already put in a complaint - no shock given how poorly the NHS and GP surgeries are run these days, with endless resource issues. It felt like Emma was being ageist towards me and took my details even though I didn’t have an official appointment booked.

Had an appointment supposedly with some doctor at West Leeds Family Practice, specifically West Lodge Surgery. Turns out it was booked by someone called Dr Birmingham, which was totally false. The staff there are so unprofessional and it feels like a proper fraud. Really disappointing experience.
