Today I got a call from this number about some washing machine cover. When I asked which company she was from, she just hung up on me. Total scammer, honestly.

Called back this number after it rang me, but as soon as I answered with a hello, I ended the call. Then I tried calling 1471 to check the number, and when I dialled it again, it said that the number isn’t valid.

Pretty much the same thing happened every day - I’d pick up and all I’d hear was silence, then after a bit, it’d cut out with that long beep, meaning the call was finished. 1
