I dialled the number again since I had missed the call. I got a voicemail saying that the line was busy.

We've been receiving calls from this company even though we've been registered with the Telephone Preference Service for ages. We simply told them where to go and ended the call. This lot claims to be associated with some so-called SAS, but they're nothing like the actual SAS; they're just a bunch of chancers pretending to be "security specialists," trying to rope in gullible folks to participate in their so-called security survey.

Called us on the 3rd of June, 2009, and hung up right after we picked up! They called again, thinking it must be important, but it went straight to our voicemail. What a bloody bother!

Greetings! I was in the middle of a shower when our phone jolted to life. Naturally, I didn’t pick up, especially since we have caller ID (not 1571, mind you-it’s a digital line). I decided to return the call and was met with someone on the other end who promptly hung up on me. So, I tried again, only to be redirected to some voicemail extension. I even attempted to call using 141 beforehand, but the same thing occurred yet again. Next time, I’ll definitely answer and let those cheeky individuals know exactly what I think of their nonsense! We've been on the TPS list for donkey's years!

I've received an unsolicited call on a number I've had on the Telephone Preference Service list for ages. The caller claimed to be representing 'SAS Security' and said they were conducting a 'survey on crime'. However, I've searched Companies House and there’s no record of any firm by that name in Leeds. Next time they ring and I'm available, I plan to have a bit of fun and toy with them!

Received a call from this number earlier on the TAM and it was just a hang-up. Curiosity got the better of me, and I wanted to uncover who it might be. Turns out, just another pesky nuisance trying to pester!

Received a call this evening from a residential number already signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. This outfit called themselves "SAS Security" and claimed I’d been chosen to receive a complimentary alarm system as part of a crime survey. They wanted to know if we would agree to a subsequent call from another representative to provide more details. True to form, the follow-up call came through within five minutes from the number 01132512100, but they hung up faster than you can say "scam" as soon as they realised we already have an ADT monitored alarm installed. Quite cheeky, really! Oh well, I suppose we could always list our 'free' alarm on eBay, can't we? 😉
