My mum, who’s quite elderly, received a letter showing her home address but with someone else’s name from abroad on it. It said there’d been a theft at a Sainsbury’s in Norfolk, but she lives miles away in Hertfordshire. It really shook her up and she’s been worried sick, struggling to get to sleep, terrified that someone might turn up asking for £150. I’ve rang twice and left messages explaining I wasn’t happy with how things were handled and asked them to ring me back, but no-one’s got back to me yet.

I got this letter outta nowhere claiming I owed £60, but it made no sense at all. The sort code and account number they gave looked dodgy. Total scam and really sloppy. I just chucked it in the bin.

Got another call from some dodgy bloke warning me my internet’s about to get disconnected. They kept harping on about pressing 1 to chat to a person. Watch out for this number (01132506570), looks suspicious to me.
