7 yearsAn Asian gentleman rang my mobile earlier. He claimed he was verifying our meeting for tomorrow. I couldn't help but inquire about the nature of this supposed appointment. To my surprise, he said he worked as a direct contractor for BT Openreach, looking to enhance my phone service. At that point, my instincts were blaring warnings! I asked him if he knew where he was heading, and he perfectly recited my office address. Best of luck to him! I’ve let the reception know to keep him occupied until I arrive. Once I’m there, I plan to give him a proper send-off and then donate his wallet to a local charitable cause!BT Openreach7 yearsClearly a scam! They disconnected as soon as I inquired about their identity, attempting to masquerade as BT. Avoid any conversation with them at all costs!BT8 yearsThey were rather dodgy about their intentions, clearly pushing a sales agenda without actually saying so. This number definitely ought to be blocked.8 yearsThis number kept ringing through to our office, but as soon as we picked up, they would just disconnect. Quite baffling, really!8 yearsBeware, if you pick up the call, it might initiate dialing a premium number that could lead to unexpected charges.9 yearsI received a rather peculiar phone call earlier from a woman named Donna, who insisted she was representing BT. She wanted to chat about some supposed issues with the phone lines expected for tomorrow. I mentioned that I could assist her as I handle the phone queries myself, but the moment I said that, she abruptly hung up. It was clear she picked up on my reluctance and thought better of continuing the conversation with me, likely eager to move on to a more gullible target for her scam.DonnaBT9 yearsI had a rather unpleasant experience with my answering service. A woman named Donna, who claimed to be affiliated with Kinex, answered the call. She was exceedingly rude when she realised that she couldn't get through to me. She insisted they were collaborating with Open Reach and mentioned having sent me some correspondence, which, I can assure you, I never received. To top it all off, she rather condescendingly informed me that if my phone lines were to fail, it would be entirely my fault. Quite the customer service fiasco, I must say!DonnaKinexOpen Reach9 yearsI keep receiving calls from someone claiming they’re associated with Openreach and are currently in my vicinity. They’re keen to have a quick chat about my phone system, and they assure me it will only take about ten minutes. Quite curious, really!Openreach9 yearsHad a dodgy phone call earlier. It's now been blocked on our end.9 yearsI received a call regarding our internet service, and they seemed to know our first names! When I remarked on how overly familiar they were getting, she abruptly hung up on me. How rude!9 yearsClaimed to be from BT, they were inquiring about outstanding invoices linked to Spa Illusions and seemed to be looking for a John Reed. Utter nonsense, if you ask me!BTSpa IllusionsJohn Reed9 yearsI received what was supposedly a sales call from BT, claiming that their representatives were in the vicinity and wanting to discuss potential savings for me.
