Some woman named Charlotte rang me, started talking all loudly about an appointment and some job they were doing nearby. But the moment I asked how she got my number, she just shut the phone off on me. Proper rude!

Got a call earlier and told them to stop calling me. But then, within just one hour, they called me four times! The last caller was really pushy, saying if I didn’t pay attention to what he was saying, he’d keep ringing me every hour. Proper aggressive behaviour.

Right from the get-go, she had a crappy attitude. I told her straight up I wasn’t interested in whatever she was pushing. She goes, “What do you mean, you’re not interested?” I just ended the call. Then I got another call I ignored, followed by one from her colleague (number kept private, by the way) who starts whining that she’s crying in the loo because I was rude and how dare I speak to her like that. Anyway, I ended up cussing because they kept ringing me at home past 5pm on a Friday evening. Then she passes me to “the boss” who turned out to be a complete muppet too. Seriously, Openreach, you need to sort out your call centre - useless lot they’ve got running the show.
