Oh, here we go again with yet another ridiculous setup that's simply aimed at driving customers up the wall. Seriously, when are these folks going to get it? Normally, if a card company contacts you, it’s likely because there’s a potential fraud issue with your card. And have you tried navigating that new password system on the website? It’s an absolute nightmare! You have to jot down all sorts of details just to figure out where each email is supposed to go. What a palaver!

We received a call that was apparently from Clydesdale Bank. It's quite puzzling how they acquired our information since we don’t have any accounts with them. The voicemail left was a bit unclear and included a name that didn’t belong to us. They called us three times in total before eventually leaving that message. The recording insisted that it wasn’t a sales call, yet they prompted us to contact a sales representative at 01132423561. It's all very strange!
