It has to be Homeserve. I just had a boiler check-up yesterday and then got this call a few hours later asking to arrange a boiler fitting before 24th.

I got a call from Homeserve, they were trying to schedule the fitting of a new boiler at our place.

The number was unfamiliar to me and not saved in my contacts, so I just ignored it. It kept ringing for a good while though. Later, I looked up 121 and found out that the caller hadn’t left any voicemail.
