Got a call from someone claiming to be British Gas saying my contract was up for renewal. They acted like I was a business customer, which I'm definitely not, and I’m not even with British Gas at all. They tried to get me to pay upfront to lock in some “best rates”. I just hung up and blocked that number straight away, no way I’m dealing with that.
