This number keeps calling me every morning around 8 to 9:30 but never leaves a voicemail. When I pick up, there’s just silence on the other end. It’s really been causing trouble at home because my wife thinks I might be cheating or something. If anyone knows what’s going on, please let me know. All these calls are hitting my mobile, which is just making things worse.

Got a call from someone with an Indian or Pakistani accent saying my internet was slow and I had to sort it out on my computer. Total scam, sounded exactly like the old wannacry virus trick. Watch out for this one.

Got a call that just cut off as soon as I picked up, so I rang back. The bloke said he was from SME insurance, so I asked why they were cold calling me when I’m on the TPS. He apologised and wanted my postcode to check his system and remove me but I refused to give any more details and said I’d be reporting them to the TPS. There is a SME Insurance in Leeds but their number on the website doesn’t match this one.

Asked them nicely to stop calling and was told they would remove me from their list, but the calls keep coming. I just ignore the number now, yet they still ring, even twice just yesterday. If you pick up, they just drop the call straight away, so I guess they’re not losing money. The only time you end up speaking with them is if you ring them back - and that costs you.
