Got a call from someone saying they were with Virgin Media, claiming I was owed a refund because of some problem with my internet. They wanted me to download some program onto my laptop which turned out to be a screen-sharing and keylogging tool. Then they asked me to log into my online bank and PayPal accounts, which would have given them full control. Definitely a scam!
