Today I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who claimed she was from Virgin Media. She began asking all these questions about my internet and whether it was properly secured. It only dawned on me after a while that she was probably a scammer, so I thought I’d come here to let others know about her.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, supposedley checking if our internet had any problems lately. I could hear loads of background noise like an office or something, just felt a bit off. I quickly ended the call.

I heard some weird clicking noises, then you could hear an office sort of background sound. A guy’s voice came on saying hello a couple of times, so I replied hello, but then they just ended the call.
