It appears that this might be a Halifax number, as we’ve been inundated with calls from 0113 2132001, relentlessly pursuing someone who doesn’t even reside here. We reached out to BT, and they’ve kindly barred the number for us free of charge for 28 days, after which they typically start billing. BT mentioned that these callers usually take the hint after such measures. We’ve been plagued by these calls for over a year now, and it’s quite infuriating. We just wish we could have our number removed from their list, as these calls are driving us round the bend. We have no debts with anyone! They’ve also rung us from 08708503492, and honestly, their staff are incredibly rude.

I've been getting similar calls, but the numbers end in 2001 and 2002. Can anyone confirm if these were definitely from Halifax? It's frustrating because I can't seem to call them back.

We've received calls from this number, but the moment we try to answer on our mobile, there's complete silence. Similarly, our home phone does the same - as soon as we pick up, there's no one on the other end. We reckon it might be Halifax, considering we've just sent them a notice to close our account. It’s quite odd, isn’t it? Why on earth would they call us and then not engage when we’re clearly picking up?
