Someone called me about sorting out my insurance claim and said they needed a Portuguese interpreter. Pretty obvious it was a scam, seems like they’re picking on people who don’t speak perfect English. Best to just hang up and block them straight away.

They called me from some interpreter thing to help out with a legal matter I’m involved in.

I got a call from a company that offers interpreting services, mainly working with government departments to make things quicker for people who don't speak much English. Seems like they’re trying to bridge the language gap to help out those folks better.

On 24th March 2021, twice - once just after 3 pm and then again around 4.20 pm, I got calls from someone saying they were with the Leeds police. It felt really threatening and like they were trying to intimidate me. Proper harassment, honestly.
