Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, saying there was some issue with my internet. She went on and on about fixing my router but I told her my connection was fine and if I had any problems, I’d sort it myself since I work in IT. Then out of the blue she just swore at me and hung up. Bit rude really!
