I tried calling 0113 2103650 for Apleona but it kept saying the number was no good. I spoke to someone called Amy Murphy-Green via Totaljobs but she never gave her full surname or job title. Turns out she isn’t even the Hiring Manager. When I asked to speak to the proper person about my complaint, she refused. Then I ended up talking to Craig Chappell, who's some sort of legal rep, because Amy basically blocked me from reaching the right staff and I feel discriminated against as a result.
