Some bloke rang me up claiming there was an issue with my BT internet and told me to turn on my laptop so he could fix it. I told him straight away that if he knew about a problem, he must have hacked into my laptop already. He just hung up after that. He said he was from BT and gave a London address, but I don’t even have BT!

Got a call from someone claiming to be B.T. saying there was some fraud linked to my broadband and IP address. I didn't really buy that it was legit though.
