I’m getting these identical messages daily, just like loads of others. I stopped my subscription a year ago since I was leaving the area. Now, after four years of silence, they're bombarding me with the same text every day. Isn’t that borderline harassment? You can’t block it either because it shows up as X4L. It’s ridiculous!

This number messaged my wife, even though she had a year-long contract but hadn’t used their service for about 8 months because our baby was born. She cancelled after the year finished, yet she keeps getting the same threatening texts.

Got a message from them today claiming I owed money and that it’d be sent to some debt collector.
The agreement was actually for my son, a rolling monthly plan with a 30-day notice to cancel.
I ended it on 30th September 2017 and made the final payment on 18th October 2017, so there’s nothing outstanding.

Received a message about owing money, but I’d actually enrolled for the gym then hurt my ankle the day after and cancelled straight away since I couldn’t work out. And this was well within the 14 days you’re allowed to change your mind. What a terrible company, they never pick up the phone and it just goes to an answerphone that won’t even let you leave a message.

Got a message claiming i owe money and that if i dont pay they'll send it to some debt collectors - problem is, I dont owe a thing! I finished my 12-month contract and chose to cancel it properly. This whole thing is just stressing me out, I've never been through something like this before. Honestly, X4L are nothing but scammers.

Yesterday I got a message saying my account was overdue and if I didn’t sort it out, they’d send it to some third party. I’d only just cancelled my membership with them. When I rang the number they gave, they told me I was tied into a year-long contract and unless I had a solid reason to cancel, I’d have to cough up £75 as a cancellation charge. Felt like I had no option but to pay it :(((

Just got a message from an unknown number today. I recently ended my contract with Exercise 4 Less, which is part of Harlands group. I’ve been charged for the past year even though I couldn’t go because of an injury, so I don’t owe them a penny. This feels like a total rip-off. If they don’t apologise straight away, I’m reporting it to the police.

Received a message saying I need to call this number or else 'Harlands' would sue me over some £4k debt? I emailed 'Harland' but no reply so far. Then today, I got another text from 07885216965 claiming 'CRS' wanted to talk about a letter supposedly sent to me (which I never got), asking me to call 01444449165. I looked it up and everything leads back to Exercise for Less... I am actually a Bannatyne member! Total bunch of rubbish trying to scare me.

Got three texts telling me I'd be sent to a debt collector for supposedly being in arrears. That's not true at all, my account is fully paid up. I went into the shop less than a week ago to raise the issue, but haven’t had any response from the manager yet.

I've been getting constant texts about a gym membership with Xercise4Less that I cancelled ages ago. I even got a confirmation letter from Harlands Group Finance after reaching out to them multiple times. Now the texts are threatening that I’ll have debt collectors at my door if I don’t pay up??? Ridiculous!
