Got a call from a woman with an American accent saying I had to update my Amazon Prime yearly subscription. She said if I had questions or doubts, just press 1 to get in touch with a Prime specialist. Since I don’t actually have Amazon Prime, it was clearly a con. I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a robo call saying my Amazon Prime was about to expire and they'd take £39.99 from my bank. It asked me to press 1 to speak with someone. I don’t even have an Amazon account, so it’s clearly a dodgy scam!

Got a recorded call saying my free month of Amazon Prime was finishing and that I’d be charged £39.99 a month after that. Never signed up for Amazon Prime at all. Didn’t press any buttons since it sounded dodgy. They didn’t even say my name, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, saying my Prime subscription fee and the date it would be charged. Thing is, I don't even have Prime! The woman tried to get me to let her access my PC to "help" cancel if I wanted. Pretty sure she wanted my info. Definitely hung up straight away.
