I got a call from 01131 948 671 with a robotic voice claiming to be from Amazon, saying I’d been billed £79.99 for my Prime subscription renewal. It told me to press 1 if I didn’t want the charge or 2 to talk to someone about account options. I didn’t press anything, and after a bit of silence, the call just cut off. I looked at my account and my Prime subscription isn’t up for renewal for ages. Definitely a scam, so don’t press any buttons if you get a call like this.
