Got a call from some guy Jerome at Super Alliance Solutions, he was going on about an accident I supposedly had. Asked to speak to his manager, and he goes "what's a manager?" So I said I want to talk to his boss, and he’s like "what's a boss?" Then when I asked for his name, he said "Spiderman." These lot are a total joke and definitely breaking data protection laws. I actually helped write most of the GDPR rules for my workplace, so I know for sure they’re violating the DPA 2018. They really should be shut down!

Got a call from 01130839501, some bloke named Jerome from Super Alliance Solutions over in Sheffield, saying it’s about an accident I supposedly had. When I asked his name again, he just said "Spiderman". What a terrible experience with this firm. It began with a robotic message, then got passed onto someone called 'Mary Green' which I’m sure was a fake name. She said she was from Leeds but didn’t know anything about the place. Very impolite too. Tried ringing back a few times and always ended up speaking to different folks. So unprofessional. Super Alliance Solutions rang me up. I was in a car crash more than a year ago and all my claims were already sorted out. They said they got my number from some police accident records. Got this automated call for the third time this month from 01140177133. The bloke on the line said he got my number from some agency and called himself Abraham, saying I’d been in an accident. Problem is, I don’t even have a motor right now. So I politely told him where to shove it and he just hung up. Reported it to the ICO afterwards. Been recording their calls too, so I’ve got evidence if needed. Pretty sure it’s some guy, probably Asian, using a Nokia 3210, trying to scam folks.

I told the automated system I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The guy on the other end said his name was Vivic Kumar from Super Alliance Solutions, number 01140006953. He claimed it was a claims management firm and that my number was taken from the RTA department. Apparently it’s some national database linked to my insurance. I haven’t been in any accident though. Over the past few months, I've been getting calls from numbers like 0113 117 5918 (Leeds) or sometimes from Sheffield. They look legit but are fake, you can't ring them back. I said YES when asked about an accident and got connected to someone named Mary. She claimed to work for a firm called Super Alliance Solutions at 14 New Station Road, Leeds - which I bet is fake as well. The TPS doesn’t seem to stop these dodgy callers, so all we can do is keep them hanging and waste their time as much as possible.

Can't seem to figure out how to add a second number here, but about an hour and a half ago, a call came through from Super Alliance Solutions with a similar Leeds number, something like 0113 1359545. The call was pretty much the same as what others mention - they said they grabbed my info from the Road Traffic Department. Just a heads up, make sure you report these calls to the ICO (ico.org.uk). The more complaints they get, the more likely they are to crack down and slap them with some serious fines. Some folks have even seen big penalties handed out!

Some spam caller was so annoying I told them I'll track them down and shoot them all, then they just dropped the call.

Got a call from Super Alliance Solutions claiming it was about a crash where I apparently had no fault. Turns out it was just a load of rubbish, so I've gone ahead and blocked their number on my phone now.

Got a call from Super Alliance Solutions using what seemed like a fake Leeds number 0113 136 5898. They left a recorded message about any recent accidents, which I definitely haven’t had. Feels dodgy, like those ambulance chasers you hear about. Not sure how that squares with GDPR either. Can anyone shed some light on who these lot really are?

Super Alliance Solutions kept ringing me up saying there was some accident I was involved with. Thing is, I’ve never been in any accident or made any claims about one. They just wouldn’t stop calling, so I ended up blocking the number.
