Got a call from my internet company the other day, knew straight away what was going on so I just put them on for like 10 mins acting clueless, figured better than letting them hassle some poor sod! Told the bloke to quit taking the mick and then I hung up on the prat.

Received a call yesterday and then again today from a number like 0014255550129, with someone claiming there was an issue with my computer. I lost my patience and told him to find a proper job and stop trying to scam honest folks, plus to stop calling me since I’m signed up with the TPS. On 14/12/20 my phone rang from this number, but I didn’t answer since I didn’t know it and often get loads of annoying calls. I usually wait for a voicemail before calling back, but this time there was no message left. Afterwards, I looked up the number to see if others had reported it, and it turned out it was just another annoying scammer trying to get into my computer. Not shocked at all really.

just got a call from someone with an asian accent, said her name was rebecca. claimed there was an issue with my computer! the number showing up was 01131132840. i asked what company she was with and she said global computer solutions. when i asked for their contact number, she gave me one which turned out to be my own! ha. she got really annoyed when she realised i was onto her and just hung up really rudely. what a shame! bloody scammers, thieves, proper dodgy people! surely the government should act to stop these scammers from abroad?? so frustrating!

At 7pm today, I got a call out of the blue from this number about my computer. I always tell them I don’t own one and they usually just hang up. But this time, the bloke, who spoke with an Asian accent, started swearing and using really nasty language. It upset me a lot, and I’m planning to report it to the police through Crimestoppers because of how rude and horrible the caller was.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent, saying they'd had reports my computer was acting up. I was a bit iffy about it, so I told them I'd have a local expert look at it and then ended the call. Loads of scammers have been ringin’ saying there’s some security holes coz’ it’s the holidays or something, and they offered to “fix” my PC remotely. Got a scammer trying to get remote access to my computer, then they claimed they'd fix the problem for £119. When I said no, they threatened to delete all my files! These lot are absolute lowlifes and honestly deserve a proper kicking.
