I wanted to share my experience regarding an incident I was involved in that I certainly didn’t cause - only to find myself caught up with an automated phone system that acts as though it's a genuine human being. If you reply with a 'yes', it sends you off to speak with an actual operator. Quite the bizarre situation, I must say!
