Had a call from a lady called Lily, sounded like she was from the Indian subcontinent, claiming to be from 'Microsoft Tech Support'. She was all keen to help, saying my computer was hacked and offered to install some software to fix it. I may be daft sometimes, but not that daft. Messed about with her for nearly 7 minutes - that's my personal best, though I've kept scammers on the line for over 16 minutes before. Eventually, she realised I wasn’t following her instructions properly. Then out of nowhere she shouted, "Hope you catch Covid and die," and just hung up. Quite the ending!
