I’ve gotten calls like this a few times now. It’s like there's a pre-recorded voice pretending to chat, leaving pauses so you can reply. The sound was really bad, so I couldn’t make out the name of the person or what company they said they were, but usually it’s about compensation claims for some kind of accident. Didn’t bother with it, just blocked the number.
