I got a recorded call claiming to be from the BT tech team saying my broadband would be cut off. It told me to press 1 to keep it working and 2 to cancel. Then the call just hung up. I rang 1471 to try and check who it was, seemed fishy to me. Definitely don't hit any buttons if you get a call like this!
