Somebody rang me pretending to be from TalkTalk, saying there was a problem with my internet security. They wanted me to turn my computer on. I started doing it, but the call dropped. The same number called again, and it happened again. They kept ringing about five more times but I chose not to pick up. When I got in touch with TalkTalk, they said no one from their side had called me.

Got two calls in just three hours. The first one was just silence then they ended it, and the second call I picked up but they hung up straight away. We’re on the TPS list so this has got to be a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Talk Talk saying there were issues with broadband in my neighbourhood. Problem is, I’m not even a Talk Talk customer. I didn’t go along with what they asked at all.

I’ve had quite a few ring-ins from this number earlier today. They keep saying they're from TalkTalk, warning me about my computer being infected or something dodgy like that. Thing is, I stopped using TalkTalk about half a year back, so I reckon these lot got their hands on customer info from some breach last year or something. Proper scammy behaviour if you ask me!

He said that unless I fixed the errors on my computer by switching it on, he was going to disconnect my internet.

They rang me up and asked who I was by name, said they were from Talktalk. Then went on about how my internet was slow since my router was linked straight to the Talktalk server or whatever. Watch out for these lot!

Got a call from 01034589780, some bloke with an Asian accent said he was from TalkTalk. When I asked him a couple of times why he was calling, he just said "nothing" and then hung up on me. This isn’t the first time we've had these dodgy calls trying to scam us.
