8 yearsGot a call earlier today around 12:13pm from someone claiming to be "Janie" with a strong Asian accent, saying she was from the "Microsoft department of BT." She asked if I was the main internet user here, I told her "not really, got two teenagers who hog it," and she just hung up without even using my name once. This was the first of two calls supposedly from BT within a couple of hours but using different phone numbers.
