Luckily, he’d learned about IT and scam calls at school, so he spotted straight away it was a con.5 yearsGot a call saying there was some sort of issue with my email and they had to access my computer to fix it. I asked them who they were representing and they said Microsoft. Bit odd since all our devices are Apple.
