She told me to press 1 if I hadn’t made the booking, to talk to Bank Security. Just for a laugh, I pressed 1 and then a guy with an Asian accent came on. He said his name was Kevin Williams from Visa, asked me how I was doing this morning. I told him not great, I was worried about a charge on my card. Then, he just abruptly ended the call.
