This is defo an Indian scam call, they must’ve grabbed your number from a WHOIS database (likely you have a website registered). Best thing is to block it and don’t pick up - they’ve got loads more numbers and will just keep calling you from different ones.

These numbers called me yesterday and again today. I recently saw a show that explained how they stay on the line and when you make a call, they pretend to be whoever you’re trying to reach, like your bank, to get info from you by asking for verification and stuff. So watch out. I followed what the show advised and called my own number from my mobile and answered it, which supposedly clears them off your line. Hope that’s useful. They’re definitely scammy crooks.

A while back i bought a domain and started getting loads of calls from this dodgy web design company based in England that charges ridiculous prices. I told them to stop calling me and leave me be. Then, after a few days, this number started ringing me and it's from the same company, now my phone bill is going up cause its an international call. Most defo connected.
