Someone rang me saying they were from BT and wanted to help me deal with these 'nasty folks' misusing my internet. The noise in the background was mental, sounded like one of those dodgy boiler room setups, just trying to con you out of your cash with some internet scam. I had to push her to say which company she was actually from, and she kept insisting it wouldn’t cost me anything, calling it a 'free service' - yeah right, sure it is!
