10 yearsGot a text out of the blue saying I'd bagged 2 million in some mobile sweepstake. The link they sent just opened an email address, so I dropped them a message. They replied with a pic of a cheque showing my “prize” and a site to claim it. It’s some postal outfit over in Turkey, and they want me to pay £500 to get the winnings sent to me. I told them if they genuinely post the money, I’d cover the postage and even throw in a tip for being so helpful, but haven’t heard a peep since.
