Got a call today at 10:13, only rang once then cut off right away. Didn’t know the number, so I just blocked it straight away. Turns out it's definitely just another scam. Proper dodgy scammers, awful.

Watch out for this wangiri scam - it’s really risky. If you call back, you’ll get charged a lot because it’s a premium rate number, plus you might get targeted by scammers again. The site above gives some info, but annoyingly the police’s 'Action Fraud' website for reporting scams (reporting phishing attempts) has been down for weeks now. You can still report actual scams if you’ve lost money, but there’s no way to report the tried-but-failed ones at the moment.
