Got called and they kept asking about fancy cars and which colours I liked, but I just ignored it and hung up.

This morning I got calls from this number a few times, each time just one ring then hanging up like others have said. Last time I answered on loudspeaker without even putting the phone to my ear, but no one spoke. That’s when I figured it must be some kind of scam. Just so you know, I'm writing from South Sudan in Africa, not the UK.

Just got a call from this number and honestly, it felt exactly like one of those scam calls. They tried to pull the same line as a bunch of others I got before. Definitely wouldn't trust it, seems like the usual nonsense!

I kept getting loads of calls from overseas numbers all Saturday evening, blocking one just meant another would ring. Since I’ve got an iPhone, I switched on the ‘silence unknown callers’ feature last night because the calls just wouldn’t stop. Finally, no interruptions through the night! The annoying bit is I need to keep my phone on so my elderly family can reach me.

I’ve had calls coming from places like Moldova, Portugal, Liberia, and Central African Republic, plus this number and one other one too. Over 27 calls in under 24 hours! They kept buzzing my phone every hour during the night, usually three rings each time. I accidentally called one back once and got hit with a £2.70 charge for just 15 seconds. I told my phone company about all this and they said their fraud department will handle it. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.

Since midnight, I’ve gotten about 27 calls from overseas. Different countries each time - last night came from the Central African Republic, this morning it was Portugal, then this afternoon I had calls from Moldova, Guinea, and Austria. They all just ring once and cut off. Honestly, it’s more annoying than anything else.
