got a call like this just yesterday too, though the last few numbers were different. seems like a robo call or something. ive had my phone number forever and suddenly im getting loads of these calls. ive never given out my mobile number online, so no clue how they got hold of it. i reckon when i let it go to voicemail it must’ve marked it as an active number. from what other folks say, it’s probably some sort of scam from abroad. best not to pick up or ring them back, honestly.

so my mum, shes quite old, missed a few calls from this number and rang them back three times. each call cost her £7.90! feels like a total rip off. does ofcom have any power to help with this? has anyone managed to get these charges reversed by their phone company?

Got a call from +88 1821621216 earlier, it rang a few times then suddenly cut off. Never seen the number before so I'm just gonna chuck it straight onto my growing block list. Don't need mystery callers giving me hassle.
