I got a couple of calls from this number today and decided to google it first. Honestly, I wouldn’t have answered anyhow, since it’s from Russia. Better safe than sorry, I guess.

This morning I got a call from 007940 7967611. Rather than ringing it back straight away, I decided to look it up online by searching "who called me?". Turns out, it’s likely a wangiri scam, so I’m just going to block the number now. Glad I didn’t answer!

Today I got two calls from a Russian number, both stopped ringing almost straight away, like within a second or two. I guess they’re hoping I’d call back, but there’s no way I’m doing that since it probably costs a fortune.

Got a ring at like 7 in the morning, no clue who it was, I don’t know anyone from Russia anyway, so I just ignored it. Gonna block that number for sure.
