I had pretty much the same thing happen. Got a call on the 13th of November at 12:43, and then there was another one earlier that day around 11:03 but the number was blocked. Same vague message both times.

I just got a call showing as from BT Internet, saying my internet service was going to be cut off unless I pressed 1 to chat with an engineer. The lady who answered had a strong Asian accent and was quite hard to follow. She claimed there were issues and asked me to turn on my computer so they could fix the problem remotely. I didn’t fall for it and ended the call straight away - defo a scam.
